GMR3D Engineering respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, email address, and whatever you write about your project — including any process or material details you share.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics profiling on this site.

How we use it

• To quote, scope and deliver work you ask us to do
• To keep a record of correspondence relating to a project

We never sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How the contact form works

When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent to our web server and forwarded by email to contact@gmr3d-engineering.com. The message is not retained in this website’s database — it lives only in our email inbox, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field that is invisible to you and only ever filled in by automated bots.

How long we keep it

Project correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deliver the work, and afterwards for reference and any warranty or revision obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted on request.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right under GDPR to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also object to how we process it.

To exercise any of these, email contact@gmr3d-engineering.com. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

Confidentiality of your designs

Drawings, models, specifications and commercial information you send us are treated as confidential. We do not publish client work, reuse it for other clients, or show it publicly without your written permission. We are happy to sign an NDA before you send anything.

Hosting and security

This site is hosted by Hostinger. Server logs may record IP addresses and browser information as a standard part of operating a website. The site is served over HTTPS.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
